Refund Eligibility
At SeleneGleam, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be in original condition with all tags attached
- Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for refund
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your SeleneGleam account
- Navigate to "Order History"
- Select the item(s) you wish to return
- Follow the return instructions provided
- Package the item securely with original packaging
- Ship using the provided return label
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item:
- Inspection will be completed within 3-5 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged/defective product
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
- Return shipping will be covered by SeleneGleam
International Returns
For international customers:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Customs fees and import taxes are non-refundable
- Please ensure the package is marked as "Returned Goods"
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Earrings for hygiene reasons (unless defective)
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Products that show signs of wear or damage after delivery
- Gift cards or store credit
