Refund Eligibility

At SeleneGleam, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be in original condition with all tags attached
  • Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for refund
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your SeleneGleam account
  2. Navigate to "Order History"
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return
  4. Follow the return instructions provided
  5. Package the item securely with original packaging
  6. Ship using the provided return label

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item:

  • Inspection will be completed within 3-5 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged/defective product
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
  • Return shipping will be covered by SeleneGleam

International Returns

For international customers:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Customs fees and import taxes are non-refundable
  • Please ensure the package is marked as "Returned Goods"

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Earrings for hygiene reasons (unless defective)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Products that show signs of wear or damage after delivery
  • Gift cards or store credit
